Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is used for guide rails of mechanical parts, etc. It is easy to process various shapes,
can be oil-free, self-lubricating, silent, low friction coefficient, wear-resistant and long-life. Used for transportation pipelines,
it can be directly buried underground without anti-corrosion and other building protection measures, and it is difficult to
damage the soil corrosion, external impact and crustal deformation. The modified ultra-high pipeline is quick and easy to
weld, can be bent and laid directly, has good weather resistance and is easy to store, which greatly reduces the manpower
and material consumption during the installation process, and reduces the project cost.
The characteristics of the UHMWPE part:
1: Little wear.
2: The friction resistance is small.
3; Self-lubrication. (No lubricating oil is needed)
4: It has impact resistance.
5: Operating temperature range -200~+80ºC.
6: Has a shock absorption effect.
7: It is not easy to be damp in a humid environment.
